SUMMARY:

INTRODUCTION: The evaluation of Care Quality in healthcare, from the perspective of the population served, is crucial. It not only provides a deeper understanding of interactions between users and healthcare services but also contributes to improving service delivery by adapting them to the specific needs of ostomy patients. OBJECTIVE: To assess the quality of care in the Stoma Care Network of the Central-West region of Minas Gerais. METHOD: This is a cross-sectional study with an intentional probabilistic sample from Stoma Care Services (SASPO) in the Central-West region of Minas Gerais, comprising 53 municipalities. The sample included 253 respondents,including users and caregivers served at SASPO, with synchronous interviews conducted.
